  1. GivingTrain.com respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting the privacy of its members and users of the GivingTrain.com mall.  This document is designed to inform you of what information we collect, how that information will be used, and inform that the privacy policies followed by the merchants found on GivingTrain.com might differ.
  2. GivingTrain.com does collect personal information from its guests.  This information includes the information provided by users during registration, as well as tracking the login activity of its members.  This information is used to ensure that members are given credit for purchases made via links provided on the site, and to assist in providing users with the ability to receive their cash back rewards.
  3. GivingTrain.com will never sell the email information to outside third parties.
  4. All emails sent by GivingTrain.com will include the opportunity to 'unsubscribe' from future mailings.  This can be accomplished by sending an email to specials@givingtrain.com with the subject line "unsubscribe".
  5. By becoming a member of GivingTrain.com, you authorize GivingTrain.com to disclose to third parties information you have provided, or information GivingTrain.com has obtained via your shopping behavior to: comply with government agency or court orders or requests; to provide non-personalized information to our merchant partners; and in order to redeem your cash back rewards.  In doing so, you authorize GivingTrain.com to receive information from any Affiliate Merchant, including, but not limited to information regarding when a purchase was made, products ordered and order number, the time and date of the purchase, and the email address used for the purchase.  You further agree to hold the Affiliate Merchant harmless for any information provided to GivingTrain.com.
  6. GivingTrain.com does not use cookies to track its members, however, when our Affiliate Partners may utilize this feature.  GivingTrain.com utilizes sessions, that will remain open while you are visiting our site.  These sessions provide for the ability to pass your user information between pages, to ensure any purchase activity is properly recorded.
